Lillit L. Cholakian is the Founder and CEO of NewGen Global Leaders. Her passion is elevating, empowering, and enriching the lives of leaders locally and around the world. Lillit works with men and women, of all ages, to help them bridge the gap between where they are today and their God-given potential and dreams, both in personal and professional lives.
Lillit is honored to be a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, has contributed to dozens of Expert Panel discussions, and has published an article.
She also serves on the Executive Board of Governors and chairs The Breakfast Club at the City Club Los Angeles. The Breakfast Club aims to help entrepreneurs and corporate executives grow their businesses through education and networking. Under her leadership, The Breakfast Club hosts thought-provoking educational presentations, discussions, and forums where entrepreneurs and corporate executives gain knowledge and insight on trends impacting business, community, and life while engaging in rich networking opportunities.
Lillit is a Certified Professional Coach through Logos University in partnership with Integrity Coaching and Top Leaders, Inc. She is also a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. Lillit, along with hundreds of John C. Maxwell Leadership coaches worldwide, continues to participate in Transformation initiatives, training thousands of leaders from various organizations at government levels, hospitals, schools, churches, and private sector companies in countries such as Costa Rica and Panama.
She has a double major Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems & Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cal State University, Northridge. This set her up for success in building and running a business in the medical x-ray field while transitioning it into the era of new digital technology in the Radiology Industry. Being a female minority in this technical x-ray equipment field, she successfully led and transitioned hundreds of medical office doctors and staff to digital radiology with her skilled mentorship and training in digital x-ray equipment. Today, many of her customers refer to her as “the bridge” due to her technical expertise in the field and ability to communicate the technical lingo to the end-user in a language that helps them easily understand and integrate it into their everyday practice.
Above all, she is a proud mother of two beautiful, bright, compassionate, selfless, and caring daughters who have been her inspiration and drive to create a better world for all, today and for future generations!
